Pri poukázaní podielu zo zaplatenej dane za zdaňovacie obdobie 2025 sa za oprávneného rodiča považuje ten, kto bol k 31. decembru 2025 poberateľom starobného dôchodku, invalidného dôchodku po dovŕšení dôchodkového veku, výsluhového dôchodku po dovŕšení dôchodkového veku alebo invalidného výsluhového dôchodku po dovŕšení dôchodkového veku.

Ak sú podmienky splnené, správca dane prevedie určenú sumu Sociálnej poisťovni a tá ju následne vyplatí rodičovi spolu s dôchodkom.

Ako možno 2 % poukázať

Daňovník má viac možností, ako podiel zo zaplatenej dane poukázať. Jednou z nich je uvedenie údajov priamo v daňovom priznaní k dani z príjmov fyzickej osoby za rok 2025, ktoré sa podáva do 31. marca 2026, prípadne v predĺženej lehote.

Druhou možnosťou je samostatné vyhlásenie, ktoré treba podať do 30. apríla 2026, ak zamestnancovi vykonal ročné zúčtovanie zamestnávateľ. V tomto prípade je povinnou prílohou aj potvrdenie o zaplatení dane od zamestnávateľa.

Ak chce daňovník poukázať 2 % rodičovi, vo vyhlásení nesmú chýbať identifikačné údaje rodiča, teda meno, priezvisko a rodné číslo.

Najčastejšie chyby, na ktoré si treba dať pozor

Jednou z najčastejších chýb je podanie dvoch samostatných vyhlásení. Niektorí ľudia osobitne vypĺňajú tlačivo pre rodiča a osobitne pre neziskovú organizáciu. Takýto postup však nie je správny. Ak chce daňovník podporiť rodiča aj neziskovku, musí obe možnosti uviesť v jednom vyhlásení. Ak zamestnanec odovzdá dve samostatné tlačivá, správca dane zohľadní len to posledné.

Problémom býva aj použitie starých alebo neaktuálnych formulárov. Daňovníci si niekedy stiahnu starší vzor tlačiva alebo použijú neštruktúrovaný dokument, ktorý už nie je platný. Výsledkom môže byť, že poukázanie nebude uznané.

Častou chybou je aj chýbajúce potvrdenie o zaplatení dane. Pri samostatnom vyhlásení ide o povinnú prílohu. Bez nej správca dane nemôže podiel zo zaplatenej dane poukázať ďalej.

Pozor si treba dať aj na výber prijímateľa z radov neziskových organizácií. Daňovník môže uviesť len takú organizáciu, ktorá je v aktuálnom zozname Notárskej komory SR pre daný rok. Ak uvedie neaktuálneho prijímateľa, nárok na poukázanie podielu zaniká.

Komplikácie môžu vzniknúť aj pri nečitateľne vyplnenom vyhlásení. Ak sú údaje nejasné alebo neúplné, správca dane nemusí vedieť správne identifikovať daňovníka ani prijímateľa.

Osobitnou kategóriou je poukázanie 3 % zo zaplatenej dane neziskovej organizácii. V takom prípade nestačí len samotné vyhlásenie. Daňovník musí doložiť aj písomné potvrdenie o dobrovoľníckej činnosti v rozsahu najmenej 40 hodín za zdaňovacie obdobie. Bez tohto dokladu nie je možné 3 % priznať.
