Hoci sa tieto lieky prezentujú ako účinné na chudnutie či liečbu diabetu, v skutočnosti môžu obsahovať nebezpečné látky. Nelegálne preparáty často neprešli žiadnym schvaľovacím procesom a pacientom hrozí riziko vážnych zdravotných komplikácií či interakcií s inými liekmi.

Len pod dohľadom lekára

Agonisti GLP-1 receptorov sú lieky viazané na lekársky predpis a musia byť užívané pod dohľadom odborníka. Legálne ich možno získať výhradne v kamenných lekárňach.
