Akcia „Vianočné trhy 4“ bude prebiehať od 28. novembra do 31. decembra 2025. Kontrolóri finančnej správy sa objavia na vianočných trhoch po celom Slovensku – vrátane stánkov s jedlom, nápojmi, vianočnými stromčekmi či sezónnym tovarom.
Cieľom akcie nie je len rozdávať pokuty, ale najmä podporiť férový predaj v období, keď ľudia minú výraznú časť svojho ročného rozpočtu na darčeky a občerstvenie.
Na čo sa budú inšpektori zamerať
Kontroly budú mať preventívno-represívny charakter a zamerajú sa najmä na:
- správnu evidenciu tržieb v systéme e-kasa,
- dodržiavanie povinnosti vydať pokladničný doklad,
- stánky s občerstvením, predaj vianočných stromčekov a sezónny predaj,
- podnikateľov, u ktorých už v minulosti zistili porušenia.
Minuloročná akcia ukázala, že problém je rozšírený – z 317 kontrol bolo až 130 porušení, teda približne 41 %. Pokuty vtedy presiahli takmer 30 000 eur, preto bude tento rok prítomnosť kontrolórov v teréne ešte posilnená.

Finančná správa pripomína, že pokladničný doklad nie je formalita, ale ochrana pre obe strany:
