Dočká sa Bratislava dôstojnej hlavnej stanice? ŽSR chystajú projektovú dokumentáciu za 2,9 mil.

Bratislava sa hýbe od slov k papierom. Železnice Slovenskej republiky (ŽSR) predkladajú národný projekt „Bratislava hlavná stanica – rekonštrukcia výpravnej budovy, projektová dokumentácia“. Nejde ešte o bagre, ale o predinvestičnú prípravu – kompletné podklady na to, aby sa mohlo stavať.

Čo sa ide pripraviť

Projekt mieri na výpravný objekt hlavnej stanice vrátane prístavby zo záveru 80. rokov („skleník“) a ďalších traktov. V balíku projektovej prípravy majú vzniknúť najmä:

  • Stavebný zámer a projekt stavby v podrobnosti vykonávacieho projektu (2 hlavné výstupy).
  • Podrobný technický prieskum, statika, energetické hodnotenie.
  • Projekt interiéru (zákaznícke centrá, pokladne, čakárne, detský kútik, hygienické zázemie, nájomné jednotky).
  • TSI PRM: riešenia pre osoby so zdravotným postihnutím a zníženou pohyblivosťou.
  • Technológie a bezpečnosť: informačný a orientačný systém, rozhlas, kamerový systém, EPS/EZS, prístupový systém, výťahy a eskalátory, náhradný zdroj energie.
  • Energetika: zateplenie/obvodový plášť, vykurovanie, chladenie, VZT a aj hybridná fotovoltika na streche prístavby.
  • Prestrešenie 1. nástupišťa (v rozsahu PD) a prepojenia v staničnom objekte (vrátane „prepoja ku električkám“ v rámci interiéru).

Prečo je to potrebné

Materiál otvorene hovorí o technicky a morálne zastaranom priestore, zariadeniach na hranici životnosti a o potrebe zosúladiť stanicu so súčasnými normami – od bezpečnosti až po bezbariérovosť. Pripomína tiež historickú hodnotu pôvodnej budovy z roku 1871 (Ignác Feigler ml.) a dočasnú prístavbu z roku 1989, ktorá výrazne starne.

Peniaze a termíny

  • Celkové oprávnené výdavky: 2 906 574,41 €.
  • Zdroj: Európsky fond regionálneho rozvoja + štátny rozpočet.
  • Harmonogram PD: 12/2025 – 12/2026 (predpoklad 13 mesiacov).
  • Vyhlásenie výzvy: 11/2025 (predpoklad).

Pozor: Ide len o projektovú dokumentáciu. Samotná rekonštrukcia výpravnej budovy bude až ďalším krokom – s vlastným obstarávaním a financovaním.

Kto to má robiť

Prijímateľom je ŽSR – podľa zákonov o ŽSR a o dráhach sú jediným oprávneným manažérom infraštruktúry na celoštátnych a regionálnych dráhach. Preto sa projekt nerealizuje „súťažným postupom“ medzi rôznymi žiadateľmi, ale priamo cez ŽSR.

  • Lepšiu orientáciu, komfort a hygienu, jasnejšie usporiadanie prevádzky.
  • Bezbariérové prepojenia s výťahmi/escalátormi.
