Finančná správa spustila veľkú akciu „Taxi“. Kontroly odhalili stovky porušení zákona o e-kase

Finančná správa má za sebou mimoriadne intenzívne obdobie kontrol. Len v októbri 2025 vykonali jej príslušníci takmer 1 600 kontrol zameraných na evidenciu tržieb, pričom nezrovnalosti sa našli až v tretine prípadov.

Závažné porušenia zákona o používaní e-kasy boli identifikované v 487 prípadoch, čo predstavuje pozitívnu mieru 30,67 %. Za tieto porušenia padli pokuty v celkovej výške 265 010 eur. Najčastejším problémom bolo nenahlásenie tržby – až 319-krát.

V dôsledku opakovaného porušovania zákona musela finančná správa pristúpiť aj k tvrdším opatreniam:

  • 23 zákazov predaja,
  • 1 návrh na odobratie živnostenského oprávnenia.

Kde sa porušuje najviac?

Medzi najčastejšie kontrolované segmenty patrili najmä:

  • maloobchod s kvetmi,
  • rôzne nešpecializované obchody,
  • pohostinstvá.

Výsledky ukázali, že problém je rozsiahlejší, než sa čakalo.

Akcia „Taxi“: Kontrola taxikárov po celom Slovensku

Po alarmujúcich výsledkoch z minulosti spustila finančná správa od začiatku novembra intenzívnu celoslovenskú akciu „Taxi“. Kontrolóri vystupujú ako bežní zákazníci a sledujú, či vodiči taxislužieb riadne evidujú tržby cez e-kasu.

Dôvod je jasný:
Od januára do októbra 2025 porušila zákon takmer 80 % kontrolovaných taxikárov.
Pokuty za toto obdobie dosiahli 84 950 eur.
Analýza daňových priznaní odhalila, že takmer polovica taxikárov za celý rok 2024 nepriznala žiadne príjmy, alebo len minimálne (pod 2 000 eur).

Do 12. novembra už prebehlo 222 kontrol, z ktorých bolo 48,65 % pozitívnych. Uložené pokuty dosiahli 33 910 eur.

Finančná správa upozorňuje, že vysoká miera porušení deformuje podnikateľské prostredie a znevýhodňuje poctivých vodičov.

Aké sankcie hrozia?

Za nedodržanie povinnosti evidovať tržbu v e-kase hrozí pokuta:

  • od 500 do 30 000 eur,
  • pri opakovanom porušení až zákaz činnosti na 72 hodín.

Kontroly budú prebiehať počas celého novembra – cez týždeň aj víkendy, cez deň aj v noci. Zamerajú sa aj na vozidlá prevádzkované cez digitálne platformy.
