Finančná správa Slovenskej republiky upozorňuje daňovníkov na častú chybu pri poukazovaní podielu zaplatenej dane. Ak chcete darovať 2 % (alebo 3 %) z dane, musíte podať len jedno vyhlásenie, v ktorom uvediete všetkých prijímateľov.

Jedno tlačivo pre všetkých prijímateľov

Podiel zaplatenej dane je možné rozdeliť medzi:

  • neziskovú organizáciu
  • rodiča alebo rodičov

Obe tieto voľby však treba uviesť spolu v jednom vyhlásení. Ak daňovník podá viac samostatných tlačív (napríklad jedno pre rodiča a druhé pre organizáciu), vzniká problém.

Dobrou správou je, že náprava je možná. Daňovníci môžu do 30. apríla 2026 podať nové vyhlásenie, v ktorom uvedú všetkých prijímateľov naraz a označia ho ako opravu.

Termíny a spôsob podania

Podiel zo zaplatenej dane za rok 2025 možno poukázať:

  • v daňovom priznaní podanom do 31. marca 2026 (alebo v predĺženej lehote),
  • alebo prostredníctvom samostatného vyhlásenia (pre zamestnancov) do 30. apríla 2026.

Zamestnanci musia k vyhláseniu priložiť aj potvrdenie o zaplatení dane od zamestnávateľa.

Kto môže dostať 2 % ako rodič

Ak sa rozhodnete poukázať podiel dane rodičovi, musí spĺňať podmienky. Oprávnený je rodič, ktorý je k 31. decembru 2025 poberateľom:

  • starobného dôchodku
  • invalidného dôchodku po dovŕšení dôchodkového veku
  • výsluhového dôchodku po dovŕšení dôchodkového veku
  • invalidného výsluhového dôchodku po dovŕšení dôchodkového veku

Použité prostriedky následne vypláca Sociálna poisťovňa spolu s dôchodkom.

Najčastejšie chyby daňovníkov

Finančná správa eviduje viacero opakujúcich sa problémov:

  • použitie neaktuálnych formulárov
  • nepriložené potvrdenie o zaplatení dane
  • výber prijímateľa mimo zoznamu Notárska komora Slovenskej republiky
  • nečitateľne vyplnené tlačivá

Pri poukázaní 3 % z dane je navyše nutné doložiť potvrdenie o dobrovoľníckej činnosti v rozsahu minimálne 40 hodín.

Finančná správa odporúča všetkým daňovníkom dôkladne si skontrolovať:

  • správnosť údajov
  • aktuálnosť formulára
  • splnenie všetkých podmienok
