Nakupovanie z čínskych e-shopov sa predraží. Od júla prichádza nové paušálne clo

Od 1. júla 2026 čaká zákazníkov nakupujúcich v e-shopoch mimo Európskej únie nová povinnosť. Na zásielky s hodnotou do 150 eur sa začne uplatňovať paušálne clo vo výške 3 eurá za každú položku v zásielke.

Opatrenie je reakciou Európskej únie na prudký nárast lacných zásielok prichádzajúcich najmä z ázijských internetových obchodov. Podľa finančnej správy takéto zásielky výrazne zaťažujú colné procesy a kontrolné mechanizmy.

Nové pravidlá sa budú týkať tovaru predávaného na diaľku z krajín mimo EÚ. Paušálne clo má byť dočasným riešením až do zavedenia nového európskeho colného dátového centra, ktoré je plánované na rok 2028.

Čo sa považuje za jednu položku?

Za jednu položku sa bude považovať jeden alebo viac výrobkov, ktoré majú:

  • rovnaký kód tovaru podľa Colného sadzobníka,
  • rovnaký opis,
  • rovnaký pôvod.

Počet kusov pritom nehrá rozhodujúcu úlohu. Dôležité je, či ide o rovnaký druh tovaru.

Príklad: Tri rovnaké tričká

Ak si zákazník objedná tri rovnaké tričká v jednej zásielke v celkovej hodnote 9 eur, stále ide len o jednu položku.

Výpočet:

  • hodnota tovaru: 9 eur
  • paušálne clo: 1 položka × 3 eurá
  • clo spolu: 3 eurá

Celková suma na úhradu: 12 eur

Príklad: Tričko a ponožky

Ak si zákazník objedná jedno tričko a jeden pár ponožiek v zásielke s hodnotou 8 eur, colné predpisy ich budú považovať za dve samostatné položky, pretože ide o rozdielne druhy tovaru.

Výpočet:

  • hodnota tovaru: 8 eur
  • paušálne clo: 2 položky × 3 eurá
  • clo spolu: 6 eur

Celková suma na úhradu: 14 eur

Dotkne sa to miliónov zásielok

Nové pravidlá môžu najviac ovplyvniť zákazníkov, ktorí pravidelne objednávajú lacný tovar z internetových obchodov mimo Európskej únie. Pri drobných nákupoch môže byť samotné clo často vyššie ako hodnota objednaného tovaru.
